We have a user who's taking calls from home. Ther user uses a laptop to take calls. Laptop is on Windows 11. The SIP client is by Vuesion service provider. She can make external outgoing calls just fine. The issue with one way audio is when the user takes lives calls. This only happens when the live call is routed to the user's extension internally (meaning through vuesion software). They can pick up the call, but they can't hear anybody.
Windows has Sentinel One endpoint but the firewall control policy is disabled. Users are reporting that they are not experiencing this issue on windows 10 laptops, which leads me to believe a new security feature in windows 11 blocking something.
