"Check Windows Update for a newer and more secure build" - stuck on build 22000.346

This is the screen I'm getting - needless to say I don't relish the idea of installing a fresh copy of Windows 10. Anyone know how to get around this? The "Troubleshoot Insider builds" link just takes me to the beta release notes for 22504. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 

This is running build 22000.346.

Update: I used the Win11 64 iso to downgrade to 22000.318, but I still have the same message and inability to select my dev channel..

Any ideas?

Since you are using the Insider Build bug and errors like this are expected.
Try open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.

Understood, and I have reported it using feedback hub, but the problem persists.

Windows Insider would have bugs and errors and since you reported it continue checking for updates and hopefully it will be solved soon.
