PC is slowing down

Why is my PC slowing down?

I have a 32gb ram and an i7 2.5GHz and there are random times when my pc would suddenly slow down so badly. CPU & RAM usage is only below 50% and would slow down so horribly. No malware, viruses & etc. has been detected so I'm hesitant to purchase anymore anti virus, anti malware and etc. applications.

I really don't understand what's going on unless someone has planted an undetectable malware or something into it, since it happens during my online gaming sessions. But still why does task manager show nothing and yet it slows down so badly.

Probably updates cause slowdown, preferably before playing , download updates and install , download updates in Microsoft Store, write if it helps?

Yes my windows 11 is fully updated but still slows down randomly, even cpu & ram usage is only below 30%
