One of two identical computers is compatible with Windows 11

Hi,

There are two Lenovo laptops. Both laptops differ only with serial number.

Rest all including specifications of both are same.

At one side, Windows 11 is compatible with one computer and at another side, another computer is not compatible with Windows 11.

For one computer, Windows update says, the computer is ready for Windows 11. That's Windows 11 is installed successfully in one computer.

For another computer which is same as 1st computer, Windows update says, not compatible for Windows 11.

Please let us know, why?

Hello,

Unfortunately, i3-7020 processor is not compatible for Windows 11, according to Microsoft.

Please check with official Windows 11 list of supported processors:

It is not recommended to upgrade to Windows 11 on an unsupported hardware. You may not receive support on such devices.
