New Windows 11 feature: Multi-app kiosk mode

Community Manager

Available for Windows 11 with the May 24, 2023 Windows Configuration Update, check out the new lockdown feature that gives administrators full control of their users’ access to apps, Settings, and pop-up windows. It creates an immersive experience and gives users less distractions.

With a multi-app kiosk, kiosk users will see a customized Start menu that shows only the apps that are allowed. This is great for devices shared by multiple people and enables you as an IT admin to configure a locked-down experience for different account types.

If you want to learn more, read up on Sydney Bruckmann’s blog, Multi-app kiosk mode now available in Windows 11! Sydney covers its benefits, and how to deploy and configure it onto devices.
