Hello, My name is Rebecca Westhoff. I chatted with Windows support a couple days ago and they reinstalled Windows for me. Now there are two different types of Windows installed (I can choose between one of them when I turn my computer on; its a black screen with white text). My windows account is also not activated anymore, extremely slow on start up, and it will also randomly crash now (which this wasn't an issue before.) My screens will go black randomly and I can't do anything except hold the power off button on my PC and turn it back on. I talked to Windows support again and they told me to post here. My computer is completely updated. I wasn't sure what to put for the label, so I'm sorry if that's not right! Any help or advice would be much appreciated!
