My power Plan High Performance was missing on my PC. I needed to activate this power plan because it can increase the performance of my PC.

There are two options how to activate the “High Performance” Power Plan:

1. By creating a new Power Plan.

2. By executing this command on cmd: powercfg -duplicatescheme 8c5e7fda-e8bf-4a96-9a85-a6e23a8c635c
