Microphone not picking up volume

I have a Razer Seiren X microphone that yesterday decided to stop working. I didn't do anything or change the settings, so I suspected the mic itself, but, when I tested it on a different device, it worked perfectly. When I go to find it in Windows settings, I see it listed under Audio Input, but when I click on the format type, the only option is a blank space. None of my apps on this PC can see my mic either.
