After an update, the ones that happen when you turn off the computer, the pc is stuck on the startup picture. Everytime I click to progress to the login section the screen blacks out or most of the times it just reverts back to the locked screen. The only way I can turn off my pc is to manually press the power button on it. I have gotten to the advanced start menu and tried multiple options. I have tried to use troubleshoot to do startup repair, but nothing happened. I have tried to uninstall updates, but nothing happened. I tried to enter safemode because it said so on some websites, but it did not work.
To me it looks like it cant find the login window and it turns to black or resets to the start again.
Anyone have any suggestions or have encountered something like this?
Any help would be much appreciated.
