Laptop Microphone stopped working after July 11 Window's update

Hello, my microphone stopped working after the July 11 cumlative window update. I can plug in my headphones and use the microphone but no longer on my laptop. I did all the troubleshooting that was suggested online with no avail. Please help. Thank you. I have ASUS laptop.

Open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this as a bug.
Just for test, try uninstall the update which have caused this issue and see if that solved the problem.
