Icons changing after update

Hi, my icons changes position every time I update Windows. I tried lot of online tips and guides, but still not working (unchecking to auto sort icons, unchecking themes to change icons).

Is it like they all re-arrange after the update?
Does it happen after the update or restart or both?

Do you have one user or more?
Are you using Local Account or Microsoft Account?
Since when this problem started?
