I seem to be facing multiple challenges with Microsoft's user-friendly systems, which are now causing more complexity in my tasks. My OneDrive suddenly required me to log in again, even though I was already logged in, and I encountered difficulties with Windows Update as well. Despite numerous shutdowns to resolve the update issue, my Windows Explorer now displays changes, with the directory linked to OneDrive no longer visible at the top.
Although the directory is successfully connected to OneDrive and syncing to my other device, it's missing from File Explorer. I believe it was part of "Favorites" or "Quick Access." I attempted to restore Quick Access following Microsoft's instructions to navigate to File Explorer > View > Options, but the "Options" choice was nowhere to be found. It's frustrating how each set of instructions seems to be incorrect, making it challenging to accomplish anything efficiently with Microsoft products.
Therefore, could you provide guidance on how to bring back the shortcuts to the directory I sync with OneDrive in File Explorer? I prefer not to spend excessive time searching due to the complex file structure changes in Windows. I have already tried right-clicking on the directory and selecting "Pin to Quick Access." Thank you for your help, and I apologize for the lengthy frustration expressed.
