Don't you know Microsoft Outlook doesn't support opening/importing offline storage table (OST) data files into Outlook? However, you can easily export your OST file into PST only if it is connected to your Exchange account. Once your OST file becomes orphaned/disconnected from your Exchange Account you can't access it directly nor export it PST using Outlook.
