Hidden wifi network does not connect automatically

I have a hidden network at home and I want to connect to it automatically when I power on my laptop. I have set it up and it works fine but every time I boot my laptop, it does not connect automatically and it's not shown in the list.

I have to go to settings, add a new network each time I boot the laptop.

Any ideas how to fix?

Do a quick test and unhide it and see if it works as expected?
I notice the image it contains your SSID and other information, I advise you to hide this information and delete and re-upload your image, because this is a public forum, everyone will see it.

same issue. need to manually add the hidden wifi every time. It will never auto connect even I click the connect automatically checkbox and connect even if this network is not broadcast.
Try to unclick the auto connect checkbox, the wifi ssid will appear in the wifi list, I have to manually click on connect, very troublesome.
