I work for a company doing photography and videography. We have always had output on our Sony FX3 set for H.265 and have never had an error with playback or anything. Now it won't work in Adobe Lightroom because it says I need HEVC codec. Read in forums that I needed to buy the HEVC video extensions from microsoft store and I did, still says it is unsupported even with having it.
