I was casually scrolling through my file explorer sidebar and noticed that all the text in the sidebar was wrapping upwards as I scrolled. This is obviously not a hardware issue because it doesn't happen when I'm using a mouse or my auto hide taskbar feature is turned off. This only happens with the touchpad and sometimes the touchscreen. It is very annoying for me to face such problem with my new 1200$ laptop. Hope you find the error and fix it as soon as possible
