With recent updates to Windows 11 I've noticed that when I switch to full screen in Explorer, I am no longer able to bring up the taskbar by moving my mouse to the bottom of the screen. Is this intentional, or is there some setting that I need to change? Note that I almost always opt to use Explorer in full-screen mode, so it would be really handy to have this functionality restored.
