Feature Request: Win + Scroll Wheel to Cycle through Stacked Windows

A feature that allows users to quickly scroll between windows stacked behind one another would me incredible!

For example, I regularly have two applications open in the same 1/3 window space & another 2 applications on the remaining 2/3s on my desktop. Being able to hold a shortcut and scroll between those stacked applications would be very cool!

This feature request would be an awesome add to the feature request I added beforehand regarding additional modifiers for quick window snapping to 1/3 & 1/8 positions
