Dolby Atmos on bluetooth not working after boot (Windows 11)

Hi,

The problem exists since the W11 first version... when windows starts and the BT phone/speaker connects, the Dolby Atmos wont work. And I need to disable/enable or change some configuration and apply, for Dolby to work. 

* Works fine on realtek builtin integrated audio, didnt test on realtek dock station WD19 audio.

Windows 11 OS Build 22458.1000

Dell G5 5590 (i7-9750H, 16GB RAM, SSD 512GB)

Same here. Maybe we'll have to wait for 22H2 to be released, which brings new features to the spatial sound settings panel.
