Disassociating the account settings

Hi

In Windows 11 Update 2022, how should I disassociate all Windows and its app settings from an account on one computer so that when creating the same account on another computer, the latter account will not take any settings from the account on the first computer.

Try this. Go to Start > Settings > Accounts > Windows backup.

Turn off Remember my preferences.
