Running out of storage on my C SSD I cut the music and picture user profile folders out of my user directory and pasted them on my D hard drive. Later I learned I should have used the move function under the location tab so they would stay connected to my user directory.
The folder icons are no longer in my user directory. When I click on properties of the music and pictures folders in the D drive it shows they are located on D. When I click the location tab it says the files are stored under D:\Music or D:\Pictures.
This is a simple mistake that, I would think, is commonly done. I am surprised there is no similar issue in this forum.
