Chinese input bugs

Copper Contributor

This bug has been annoying me from the first day I installed Windows 11 1 year ago!

It happens every now and then. When I switched to Chinese (Microsoft Pinyin), for some characters it works fine. But for some characters, the candidate Chinese words bar disappeared immediately when I spell some Pinyin. It's not predictable. It tends to happen more often when I type on web pages. And also, some desktop softwares.

I can't believe after such a long time, this issue still exists!

I was hoping this issue would be resolved soon after Win11 was released. It seems no one from Microsoft cares about it. This is not only happening to me. My friend who works in the UK also got this problem.

Thanks, but after a week's testing, the bug still persists.

Don't understand why Microsoft becomes such a tech giant. Perhaps this is why Surface never had a chance to compete with Apple's iPad and why Windows Phone becomes history. It all makes sense now.
