Cant log in / create Microsoft Account on work email

Hello. I have a problem as i can't create microsoft account (or log in with AAD) with my work email to use it on work laptop. However i see other computers in company have logged in with work emails accounts. How can i do that ?

This is not what the person is asking. I dont understand why this is so hard to understand, not just by your reply. but no one else seems to understand. The problem is creating a new user to log in into the PC.
