Cancel Windows 11 update from Windows 10

We have a computer which is trying to update  to Windows 11 from Windows 10.

It is returning error 0xc1900104 - Cannot install.

In fact I don't want Windows 11 yet - but for some reason it is trying to update. How can I cancel it> Even though it is already trying to do a post-restart install.

It seems your device is not compatible for Windows 11.

You can try setting a target version using Group Policy to stay on latest version of Windows 10.

Remember that Windows 10 is only supported through 2025.
