Blank page when try to access windows security settings

I want to disable windows antivirus to run a setup that I have downloaded but it gives me a blank page, any solution, please

Try this PowerShell command, see if this helps:

Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage
