I have noticed as of October 10/11 my Surface Pro X has become really laggy when using video conferencing apps like Teams and Zoom. It's has got to the point where I can't work. 

 

The audio randomly drops out, but I have been able to observe the Windows 11 interface start bar flash as though another app/back end process is running, which causes the audio drop. Once the process finishes running, the audio picks up again. However, the whole experience is still really laggy. I don't use anything except progressive web apps and MS Store approved apps, so I am not sure why this is happening.
