Windows10 Right Click Context Menu hangs

In my Organization, many user are facing a weird issue.

Right Click Context Menu hangs a log basically. It took almost 15 seconds to display.

This is very annoying. 

Also, Click on File Explorer & it will again take 15-20 seconds..

kindly suggest.

Suggest you to run System File Checker scan:

1. Search for 'command prompt' using Cortana or Windows Search.

2. From results, right click on Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.

3. Type sfc /scannow command and press Enter key.

4. Let the command complete and then reboot the machine.

This sounds suspiciously like a bad sector or bad block on the drive. Hard drive testing tools do only a surface test and are generally unreliable in that sense. People complain that SFC never fixes anything, thats because there are set of procedures. Learn to use it correctly.
