Can someone shed light on why Windows 10 Updates occasionally breaks my Surface?
I unplugged my Surface Pro 4 from the Dock and for a second I saw the screen turn on and it turned off. I then pressed on the power button in an attempt to wake it but it would not respond. The only way to wake it was to press and hold the volume up button and power button.
After I got the Surface to wake itself, the device started applying an update.
What causes this to happen? Is it software of something that's unique to Surface devices?
