Windows Update has a error

I tried using Microsoft Store but whenever I try downloading anything, it says Windows update has been disabled. I never disabled it. I cannot download anything safely. When I go to Windows update through setting it does not show anything. When I run the troubleshoot, it does not show any errors. I waited for 1 hour, it still did not show any changes. It would be great if someone helps me out.
