Windows Hello and camera stopped working after update

Updated a bunch of drivers, using a 3rd party driver updater (AVG Driver Updater)

After it ran the updates, and installed them, I can't log onto W10 using the facial rec

Camera is on, in all instances, accessible to all apps, (for now), but the error message states

can't turn the camera on.

Surface Pro 6, with Windows 10, up to date as of Nov 17th

When looking at any camera option all the on/off switches are on.

When looking to improve recognition, get the error screen supplied.

Sure it's something simple
