Windows Defender Has Stopped Working

My Windows Defender Has Stopped Working. I have tried ever fix, for example. Copy and pasting Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage to the PowerShell And reseting the app.
