Just updated to 2004/19041.508.

Task bar file explorer does not start up on clicking. Have to use search and launch, but then when right clicking on file which is zipped, becomes non-responsive. Cannot do anything with file. Relaunch just starts process all over again. Will try re-boot.

Reboot has fixed the problem.
