My computer normally crashes once a week. Sometimes its right after my computer logs in, sometimes its when I using word. I'm not sure what the cause is, and when I try to look at the event viewer, I have no idea what I'm doing. I see warnings, errors, and critical. I attempted to open my memory dump file to try to see exactly what is going on compared to what people are saying online, only to be hit with access denied. If anyone could help, I would greatly appreciate it.
