Windows 10 Login screen looks blurry

Hi, i hava a MSI GL65 i7 10th gen  nvidia tgx 1660 ti and intel uhd graphics all up to date since i stalled windows in this computer the login image of the day looks blurry/not the correct size, this also happens to me in Edge chromium any thoughts?

If you suddenly started facing this issue, perform System Restore to earlier time and see if it helps.

Its been like this since installation and i also performed update of window from 1903 to 2005 from windows update @Kapil Arya
