Windows 10 install after Windows 10 Team install

I somehow managed to install Windows 10 Team on my Surface Pro device and when I've come back to reinstall Windows 10 after realising I download the wrong BMR, my Surface Pro is stuck in a loop.

This unfortunately happened because it would only allow me to recover using Windows 10 Team and after I forced a reboot during the reinstall, I now get this:

Restarts > Windows 10 Team recovery error > Asks to hit okay and reboots.  The cycle then continues.

Error: The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error.  Windows installation cannot proceed.  To install Windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation.

No matter what I do, I cannot boot from USB.  Just wondering if blowing away the partition might allow me to start again and what is the best tool to do that if so?
