Windows 10 Hello - not saving enrolment

Copper Contributor

Hi all,

We are in the middle of testing our Windows 10 (1909) build prior to roll out.   One issue we have that is a bit weird is Windows Hello.    When user logs into laptop for first time they enrol their face and finger. However we are finding that on reboots the Hello enrolment is lost, the fingerprint enrolment remains.  Users are using FSLogix profiles and Hello is being managed via Intune.

Anyone come across this before?

Hi,
I haven't come across this problem but I'd suggest to use a more recent build of Windows 10.
1909 is reaching its end of life in ~3 months.

We are running Enterprise so end of life isn't until May 2022. Upgrading the build is challenging due to application compatibility.
