Hi, I've been having systemwide lagging for a few months now and I've been convinced that this a hardware issue, and I tried updating to version 2004 to see if it would fix my problems, and it didn't but it also introduced a new problem, which was making my microphone sound robotic and distorted and high pitched whenever I tried to use it. I know its a software problem because I tried it on my brother's computer, but I don't know if this is somehow related to the CPU lag problems I've been having.
