Windows 10 Creators Update ADMX for Group Policy

It appears that there's only the msi available for dowbload at this link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=55080 

Is this the only method available for getting the admx templates for group policy installed? I'm +0 for running this msi on a domain controller. If you run it on another server does it unpack the .admx files? If so, what are they entitled? I looked through our PolicyDefinitions folder on another server we did run the msi on and nothing is standing out to me as being the admx files from the msi.

The new policy definitions are "installed" in

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Group Policy\Windows 10 Creators Update (v2)\PolicyDefinitions

Then you should copy them to the correct folder.
