Windows 10 build 1809 confusing features menus

Hi all, 

Looking for the new RSAT features in Features I automatically went to features in control panel and couldn't find it. I actually didn't know there was a "apps and features" setting under settings.

Is there a plan to merge control panel and settings? Right now it's a confusing mess.
