Windows 10 Apps close after opening them immediately after Windows 10 update

After the latest Windows Update my Computer won't start the Settings, PowerShell or any other System relevant Microsoft apps for that matter. They just open and immediately close. I would tell you the Windows 10 version, but I obviously can't.

Hello @drblau,

Run netplwiz command and create a new user account. Check if the issue still persists on that. 

If the issue is present on new account as well, I recommend you to perform repair upgrade:

I command line still function, try to run it as administrator
then run this command:

DISM /online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

It fix most common issue with Windows 10 :)
