On some of our clients we are suddenly experiencing white icons in taskbar, desktop and start menu. The shortcuts work, but the image is white. As far as we know this is not related to patching or upgrade. We have tried removing the users profile, clearing icon cache and uninstalling patches. Besides reinstalling the user’s computer, we have found out that system restore works, but it is very time-consuming.
We are running Windows 10 x64 Build 1703 (15063.540) with Norwegian language.
Has anyone experienced this and is there a known fix or step-by-step on how to fix this?
