webcam is blocked from my destop intell 3650

I have 365 and windows 10 I have a logitech webcam but when I try to go live on facebook its says camera is blocked ..I went in settings and unblocked everything. It then said check chrome settings i am confused about that. I then got 

Error Code 0xa00f4244
