WBF allows to register multiple fingers during single finger enrollment

Copper Contributor

When I use the Windows Biometric Framework to enroll a fingerprint (either programmatically through the Windows Biometric Framework API, or using Windows Hello), and touch the sensor using two or more fingers during a single finger enrollment, all those fingers that were used are actually registered and any single of them can be successfully used to log in.Expected result: touching the sensor using more than one finger during a single finger enrollment should result into an error (based on the recognition of too big difference among the provided samples). The maximum number of different fingers successfully registered as one finger is 4.Of course, fingers of two or more different persons may be successfully registered as a single finger using the approach described above. In some environments, that may be considered a security problem.

@Tech Experts,Is this a known issue? Do you plan to fix it?
