Troubleshoot sound problems from task bar launches Get Help instead of Troubleshooter

The troubleshooter cannot be launched by right clicking on the icon in the taskbar.  Instead it tries to open the Get Help app.  Is there a way to change this back to the troubleshooter?  I know that it can still be a launched from the Settings menu.

Can you share us what build you're on. I've seen this issue on some builds. I believe Microsoft has integrated with Get Help app and this can also help you to resolve issues. While, you can still open existing troubleshooter using this command:

msdt.exe -id AudioPlaybackDiagnostic

We are on 20H2. On the devices that I have tested with, it is specifically 19042.1526.
