Microsoft has confirmed a known issue that may prevent network printer software from discovering and installing the network printer on systems with low memory (< 4GB).  This is due to firewall hardening rules added in Windows 10 Version 1703.

Was supposed to be fixed in https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4020102/windows-10-update-kb4020102 WAS NOT FIXED at that time.

Appears to be fixed in https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4022716/windows-10-update-kb4022716

Icons and/or text throughout the Windows interface may not appear at all, or may appear as solid color blocks on some devices.

There is a known issue with the GeForce display driver used in these laptops and the Creators Update. 

 

NVIDIA has released a GeForce driver hotfix to address this issue, which you can download here from NVIDIA Support.

To install the Creators Update from the software download site, please uninstall the Toshiba Display Utility.

The issue with the Windows ADK for Windows 10, version 1703 related to SecureBoot has been fixed. Per the Configuration Manager blog:

 

Download this file, extract the contents, and follow the instructions in the readme file. 

Have you had any reports of folder copy not working correctly with ENCRYPTED folders - EFS?

 

Sub-Folder contents don't seem to be copied - works is W7 and W10 1511 - Fails in W10 1607 and 1703.
