Touchpad settings not showing all possible functions Windows 10

Hello everyone,

This issue seems to be a hit or miss but we are seeing where we don’t have the ability to update/modify touch pad settings on via Win10. Does not matter which OS version as we have tried it on both 1803 & 1903 using multiple dell laptops. Adding what we see with the options vs with minor options. Ran touchpad drives, bios updates no luck.

This seems to be the culprit, but after reading reviews this does not seemed to be a fix. Also the Microsoft store is pretty much blocked at any business enviroment.
