Roaming Profile Modified date change to 1-1-1980

for windows 10 1909  , roaming profile date change from current date to 1-1-1980.

From (ttps://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/windows-10-deployment/issue-with-date-modified-for-ntuser-dat/m-p/163685) we figure out that ntuser.dat in user pc is taking the wrong date.

The file ntuser.dat in roaming profile  in server side has got the right date.

we assume that The date is changing when the profile is transferred to pc.

How can i find what process change the date ?

How can i change the date modified for multiple computers.?

Are system date and time and language of system same with the one on server?
Try reproduce this issue with Problem Step Recorder and report it through Feedback Hub app.
