reinstall windows 10

My laptop came originally with windows 8, then I upgraded the disk to a SSD drive where I translated my system from the original Hard Drive Disk. After a time I upgraded it to a Windows 10.

Now I have to return to the original disk with Windows 8, but Windows 10 is no longer available for free.

How may I upgrade to Windows 10 in my original disk with Windows 8?

If download a copy of Windows 10 to install, will it recognize my computer?

Provide the Windows 8 key: it should work.
