How do I post the same message at once across all my teams? I check in files times a day, and copying/pasting the same thing over again takes up so much time. Is there an easier way?

Hi, you can't do what you are suggesting i'm afraid. Instead, how about setting up an Org-wide Team with all users included as members, prevent members from posting to the General channel as per best practice in the link below. You then use this channel to post your announcements?
