PC doesn't go to sleep automatically anymore after October 10, 2023—KB5031356 update

hello,

Since the recent Windows Updates, my desktop PC (this one), doesn't go to sleep automatically anymore (no setting changed). if I use Start -> Sleep then it goes to sleep fine. 

Checked common things, updated video driver, disabled mouse etc. Something happened after the recent update to 19045.3570

Windows 10 Pro
Version 22H2
OS build 19045.3570
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19052.1000.0

Can you fix this asap please?

I heard multiple users reporting the same user. It seems a bug in recent update. You can either roll back to the previous update or wait for the next update.
